Terms and Conditions

We want to make sure that you're happy with your order.

Items are described as accurately as possible, although designs, sizes and colours may vary slightly from those described.

In the unlikely event that you're not entirely happy with our products then please email sales@thesignshed.co.uk.

You have the right to cancel at any time from the moment you place your online order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods. This is sometimes referred to as a ‘cooling-off period’.

You need to notify us of your wish to cancel your order within this time period – by email, for example, before returning the goods.

You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify us of your cancellation to return the goods. You must return the unwanted items, at your own cost, in the condition you received them in.

Returns will not be accepted outside this returns period and no refund will be due.

Please send any returns in their original packing, together with a copy of your invoice to:-

THE SIGN SHED, 7 Letchmire Road, Allerton Bywater, Castleford, West Yorkshire, WF10 2DB

Full refunds will be issued within 2 working days from receipt of the returned items.

Damaged or incorrect items received?

For damaged or incorrect items received, please advise us within 2 working days of receipt of your order. We will be happy to replace these by 1st Class delivery.
