Please allow extra time for deliveries to arrive during Christmas and New Year.
Our Opening Times over the festive period are as follows:-
FRIDAY 22nd DECEMBER 9am to 12pm
SATURDAY 23rd to TUESDAY 26th CLOSED
WEDNESDAY 27th to FRIDAY 29th 9am to 4pm
SATURDAY 30th to MONDAY 1st JANUARY 2024 CLOSED
TUESDAY 2nd JANUARY re-open at 9am
LAST DISPATCH BEFORE CHRISTMAS
For items required before December 25th, orders must be placed no later than 12pm on Thursday 21st December. You must select Royal Mail Special Next Day or DPD Next Day Pre-12pm at the checkout*.
Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas Day as deliveries are in the hands of Royal Mail and DPD once they have been dispatched from The Sign Shed.
Delivery of your order
If your order doesn't arrive during these estimated delivery periods, please call us on 01977 220000 or email sales@thesignshed.co.uk and we'll be happy to investigate, if need be, we'll send out a replacement order the same day.
As with all orders, we can't guarantee that Royal Mail or DPD will deliver on time. In exceptional circumstances, delivery company delays beyond our control do occur. What we can guarantee though, is that we will dispatch your order when we say we will, by the service you've requested.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland and the Irish Republic may take an EXTRA 2-3 working days due to the additional customs checks.
If you've any issues with the delivery please let us know and we'll do everything we can to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
FREE DELIVERY ON UK ONLINE ORDERS OVER £25
We know we're tight with our money in Yorkshire, but we're not that tight! In fact so much so that we're giving you FREE Delivery for all UK online orders over £25**.
Spend over £25 for FREE Royal Mail 48 (currently estimated at up to 7-8 days) delivery, or spend over £75 for FREE DPD (1-2 working days) shipping. Please note that we dispatch orders within one working day, any delivery delays are incurred by the delivery companies.
There's no delay in sending out your orders; they'll be dispatched within one working day, or the same day if you order before 2.30 pm*.
If you need your order faster, there's also the option of Pre-10.30 deliveries from DPD, or DPD Saturday deliveries if you order before 2.30 pm on a Friday.
In some areas, we may use Parcelforce or another courier, as an alternative for larger items.
