We currently anticipate Royal Mail 48 (2-3 WORKING days normally) to take 3-4 WORKING days, with Royal Mail 24 (1-2 WORKING days normally) around 2 WORKING days.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland and the Irish Republic may take an EXTRA 2-3 working days due to the additional customs checks and delays due to Brexit and COVID restrictions.

As with all orders, we can't guarantee that the delivery company (Royal Mail, DX Express or Parcelforce) will deliver on time, particularly with the extra restrictions in place due to COVID-19 and Brexit related customs delays for deliveries to Ireland. In exceptional circumstances delivery company delays beyond our control do occur. What we can guarantee though is that we will dispatch your order when we say we will, by the service you've requested.

FREE DELIVERY ON UK ONLINE ORDERS**
We know we're tight with our money in Yorkshire, but we're not that tight! In fact so much so that we're giving you FREE Standard Royal Mail 48 Tracked Delivery for all UK online orders! There's no delay sending out your orders; they'll be dispatched within one working day*. Please allow around 3-4 working days for delivery.
If you need your order faster, you can upgrade to Royal Mail 24 (£5.95), or for NEXT DAY - choose DX EXPRESS* (£3.95, order by 2pm on weekdays) or Royal Mail Special Delivery* (£10.95, order by 2pm on weekdays), for delivery the following WORKING day (Monday to Friday). There's also the option of Pre-1pm or Pre-10.30 deliveries from DX Express, or DX Express Saturday deliveries if you order before 2pm on a Friday.
For larger items we use APC. In some areas we may use Parcelforce as an alternative courier for larger items.
