STANDARD DISPATCH

We aim to dispatch all orders the same day if ordered by 2pm, although this may depend on the size of your order.

Royal Mail 1st Class aims to deliver within 1 to 2 working days. The Royal Mail 2nd Class service aims to deliver within 3 working days.

We offer a UPS standard service for larger items. We can normally dispatch these either the same or following working day. Please let us know either by telephone or email if your order is urgent.

"Working days" for both Royal Mail and UPS relate to Monday to Friday.

Our 1st class delivery charges base rate is £2.45** for Royal Mail First Class, although this price will depend on the size and quantity of the items you're ordering.

URGENT DISPATCH

If you need your signs guaranteed for tomorrow*, we will use Royal Mail Special Delivery or a UPS Next Day service for urgent items. You MUST place your order by 2pm for delivery the following working day.

This applies to orders placed Monday to Thursday. Order by 12pm on a Friday and your order will be delivered on the following Monday. Orders placed on a weekend for Special Delivery/UPS Next Day will be dispatched on a Monday and delivered the following day (Tuesday). The only exception is when there is a Bank Holiday on the Monday, in which case your order will be delivered on the Tuesday.

If you need it, we'll confirm the tracking number for your parcel when it's dispatched. You'll receive emails and/or text messages with updates on the progress of your delivery.

Returns

We try to make sure that you're happy with your order.

Items are described as accurately as possible, although designs, sizes and colours may vary slightly from those described.

In the unlikely event that you're not entirely happy with our products then please email sales@thesignshed.co.uk.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date of delivery for a credit or refund, minus our original postage costs and a 10% total order value re-stocking charge.

Please note that when you order a custom sign, any cancellation of the order will result in cancellation charges to cover administration fees and any incurred production and postal costs.
